Welcome
The most important investment you can make is in yourself.
If you’re seeking change in your life; to relieve a troubled past, or correct current ongoing issues, or perhaps you just want to maintain a steady balance in your life, you’re in the right place. Whether for personal growth, exploration, or mental health balance, my counseling services offer you a comfortable and safe place to begin your journey towards healing and change.
Resolve to be a master of change rather than a victim of change. — Brian Tracy
My approach to therapy is personalized, holistic, and collaborative. My goal is to support you along your journey to increase your self-understanding and the realization of your truest potential. While we cannot change the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve life’s challenges and reframe the meanings, while moving forward in your healing journey. When you apply various therapy approaches with new insights and taking action, you’ll begin to identify long-standing patterns that may have been holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Given this foundation, you’ll be ready to make changes. I’m ready to help you.
