The most important investment you can make is in yourself.

If you’re seeking change in your life; to relieve a troubled past, or correct current ongoing issues, or perhaps you just want to maintain a steady balance in your life, you’re in the right place.  Whether for personal growth, exploration, or mental health balance, my counseling services offer you a comfortable and safe place to begin your journey towards healing and change.

Resolve to be a master of change rather than a victim of change— Brian Tracy

My approach to therapy is personalized, holistic, and collaborative. My goal is to support you along your journey to increase your self-understanding and the realization of your truest potential.  While we cannot change the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve life’s challenges and reframe the meanings, while moving forward in your healing journey. When you apply various therapy approaches with new insights and taking action, you’ll begin to identify long-standing patterns that may have been holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.  Given this foundation, you’ll be ready to make changes.  I’m ready to help you.

Relationship Issues

Are you seeking change in your life?  Experiencing relationship issues?  Have you lacked healthy relationship models?  Do you feel like you need to be a mind reader or people pleaser?  Have you found yourself feeling frustrated, confused, alone, unhappy, and stressed?  The longer you suffer, the more you come to know anger, self-hatred, and experience a host of negative feelings.  Would you prefer to feel included, happy, self-confident, and good enough?  Do you wonder how to make effective changes?

Let’s get started today.  Call 603-384-3004 or select an appointment time for a free phone consultation.  I look forward to working with you.

As your therapist, I’ll be creative and work collaboratively with you to address the various dimensions of your wellness.

Rates & Insurance

Payment is due at the start of the service.

I accept all major credit cards.

$300 – Intake Assessment
$200 – Individuals
$300 – Couples

The ACA Code of Ethics (Section A.2.b) stipulates that a therapist must inform their clients about fees and billing practices.

I do not accept insurances.  These are but a few reasons that I do not accept insurances: less confidentiality, promotes higher insurance premiums, requires a diagnosis, results in insurance-driven treatment plans and can lead to questionable quality of services.

Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment reserves an hour of therapy.  If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be charged the full therapy fee for the missed appointment.
